CREA is the metabolite from creatine phosphate during muscle contractions and discharged into blood at a constant rate. In the case of strict diet controlling, creatine will be eliminated by kidney, thus keeping on a statistic concentration of it. The concentration of creatine in blood will rise when glomerular filtrating recession and series injury of kidney happens, and the declining case is usually a demonstration of amyotrophy and leukemia etc.
